Client Representation: The client represents to Plainsurf Solutions and unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished to Plainsurf for inclusion in the project are owned by the client. Guarantee by Plainsurf: Plainsurf Solutions guarantees that all aspects of design and construction of the project will be fully disclosed to the client upon completion.
